I built this home around the view, and I think you will understand why. The moment you walk in, Timpanogos and Lone Peak fill the windows. The cathedral ceilings in the living room and the extra windows in the dining room and primary suite were all intentional, every choice made to keep the mountains part of the room.

What I will miss most is the quiet. Neighbors who know each other, and who I see on my porch every Halloween. Fire pit nights in summer. Coffee on the deck as the sunrise comes up. And decorating my ten-foot Christmas tree each December while the snow falls outside.

This is a genuinely special place to live, and I hope the next owners love it as much as I have.
